Sashanti began his DJ career in 1996. Since 2004, India has played a defining role in his story.
Through Shanti Goa and Soma Project, he helped build an alternative to Goa’s established psytrance culture, bringing house and techno sounds, international artists and a new generation of underground gatherings to the region.
Over the years, his work has moved between performing, producing and curating, from independent nights on the beaches of Goa to international festival stages and European clubs.
